Now that TV’s have operating systems like Android TV and LG Web OS, it’s possible to reset your TV back to factory settings. Its useful to this at times. For example if you are selling the TV, giving it away, or it becomes slower than it was when you bought it.
In This tutorial we’ll be going over how you can reset your LG TV back to its factory settings.

• Start by hitting the settings button on your remote control and then scroll down to the ‘All Settings’ button. Scroll using the arrow buttons or if you have the LG magic remote point the cursor in the right position.
• Click on General, and then scroll down to “reset to initial settings”.
• The operating system will now start re-installing on your TV, this might take a couple of minutes.
• You will now need to go through the initial set up of your TV again. Once you finish the installer wizard, your LG TV will be like new. You’ll need to re-download any apps you like you to use.
