How To Delete & Rearrange Apps on LG Smart TV’s

Introduction

LG Smart TVs have a wonderful amount of apps and games available from the LG content store as well as the default apps that come bundled with it. However, they can sometimes pile up in a sea of unused apps that you would simply not like to use anymore.

It is possible to rearrange the apps on your home screen to be ordered exactly how you’d like. In this tutorial, I will show you how to delete apps you no longer want to use, and also how to rearrange them.

LG Smart TV: How To Delete & Rearrange Apps:

• To re-arrange the order of the apps, hit the home button on your LG remote to bring up the app dashboard.

• Scroll to an app you would like to edit and hold down the ‘OK‘ button. This will bring up the edit mode.

• Move your selected app to any position you like and hit OK to drop it into place. You can select another app and repeat the process until your app menu is organized. 

• You can also delete apps from the app edit menu. To do that, select the app like before, and hit the little X icon just above the app, and then hit OK to uninstall it.
